	Cooperative Commercial Agreement The Ohio Association of REALTORS successfully facilitated the introduction and passage of legislation that will allow cooperation between Ohio brokers and out-of-state brokers on commercial transactions in Ohio. The legislation (HB 272) was signed by Governor Taft in early January, 2002. A Cooperative Agreement sets forth the terms of cooperation and compensation and a statement that the out-of-state broker and its agents agree to adhere to Ohio law.	01/07/2005
