Irrevocable Consent to Jurisdiction The Ohio Association of REALTORS successfully facilitated the introduction and passage of legislation that will allow cooperation between Ohio brokers and out-of-state brokers on commercial transactions in Ohio. Cooperative Commercial Agreement The Ohio Association of REALTORS successfully facilitated the introduction and passage of legislation that will allow cooperation between Ohio brokers and out-of-state brokers on commercial transactions in Ohio. The legislation (HB 272) was signed by Governor Taft in early January, 2002. A Cooperative Agreement sets forth the terms of cooperation and compensation and a statement that the out-of-state broker and its agents agree to adhere to Ohio law. |
