Ohio‘s commercial and industrial real estate practitioners have a powerful marketing tool...one that delivers high-quality data, including: property listings, market information, sale/lease comparables, mapping and demographics.

The Ohio Association of REALTORS Commercial Industrial Committee has joined forces with the Catylist network to create a statewide commercial information exchange (CIE). This national network allows Ohio‘s commercial real estate professionals to input property data once and have it simultaneously published to multiple personal and company web sites and more than 20 local/regional markets throughout the country.

OAR is pleased to provide Catylist, the commercial information exchange solution for Ohio‘s commercial real estate and brokerage firms. Membership in the Ohio Commercial Source system is open to all members for only $24 a month.

Important note: In order to become a full member of the Catalyst system you must be a REALTOR member, in good standing, with the Ohio Association of REALTORS
